Do you remember a song about Brittany?

I'm looking for a song that was being played on the radio about late 1992 early 1993. Sung by a male portraying a father talking to his daughter. Part of the lyrics go, 'Brittany,or(Britney)one day you will have a family of your own and....(something like)....you'll find that you don't need me as much or need me like you did. It's a song that we would love to find and play at our granddaughters' 16th birthday since she was named Brittany because of this song.
