An almost forgotten artist. Loved his songs from the late 80's and early 90's particularly. His voice is unmistakable and an amazing asset to the music. I remember seeing him in concert twice, once back in the early 90's near Eau Claire, WI and again about 10 years later near Bloomington, IN. The one in Eau Claire was most memorable. It was a mud pit, but some amazing acts like Steve and another forgotten---Ronna Reeves (The More I learn, the less I understand about love; But What if You're Wrong were a couple of her songs--but sadly she never really made it) |
