I heard this newer song(i think). Its by a guy, hes talking about going out and drinking because she not there(home) to care anymore. I don't even know the exact words sorry! Anyone have any ideas?

Could you be talking about "Anything Goes" by Randy Houser? That may be it, if it's a newer song. This one came out maybe a year or so ago...
