Jeff Bates has been passed over for a long time. His new cd with Don't Hate Me For Loving You which is coming out very soon should wake up Nashvillle. He gives his fans way more than any other artist that I know of.
I love this song. I was never a huge Miranda Lambert fan, but once I heard this song I coudln't stop listening to it. I often catch myself randomly singing to it. I can relate to the lyrics and it's a fun, upbeat song.
Could be one of Josh's best songs so far. It is a really nice and smooth country song and is a lot better than some of the pop type country songs that we here too much of (from the Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, etc.) But if you can try to get out there and buy the whole CD of Everything Is Fine because all of the songs are good traditional country.
I love Colt Ford, and always have since the first time i heard him sing with Brantley Gilbert. Colt Ford is very original and knows COUNTRY musicc but puts more of a modern day twist on everything he sings. Never Thought, is my favorite song because : for one, it shows a new side of Colt Ford, that i really never knew exsisted. He always seemed to me to come off as a Ruff-and-Tuff type of guy, which he is but, this song is a complete different and emotional song for him to sing. It is my favorite song by far of 2008. Good job Colttt :)
Miranda Lambert has a very unique and beautiful voice. She sings this song very well, and with great feeling. I almost cry when I hear this song because her voice is so pure and beautiful. You can listen to this song on youtube. It's a great song, and my favorite from her by far.
this song rocks and i saw today thats its number 9 on the texas music chart. something about over 15,000 spins on radio all over the southwest. All i know is i love the song and this guy is great i saw him play in denver with Randy Rogers. :) love it
I think Lady Antebellum has a materpiece with this song, the more I listen to it the more I like it and realize how well put together it is. I expect to see good things from this band, so much talent. Two great lead singers in the band, one that looks and sounds every bit as good as Sara Evans, a great guitarist, and good writing. They are far from the mainstream but wow, what talent. I wanna see them go to the top without selling out thier unique style.
This is not actually my favorite song of 2008. It's just my favorite George Strait song ever and it seems funny to me that it hasn't done as well as his usually do! According to Wikipedia it got to #3.
My favorites for 2008 are Another Try by Josh Turner and James Otto's Just Got Started Loving You. That's probably #1 for me. It's one of those once in a lifetime songs.
I LOVE this song!!!! When every me and my friends hear it go on at a social or dance we run to the dance floor, not even kidding like we actualy run to go dance. Alan Jackson is such a good singer pretty much a pro!!! I LOVE this sonnnng!!! I love it when he goes: " G-with an-o o-with a-d t-with a-I m- with an-e = spells good time!!"
I abslutely love this song, everytime i hear it i can't listen to it without my speakers all the way up. It's the perfect way to describe having fun with your boyfriend, and the sound of the cooler slushin' is the perfect way to say it. After all the football games, and all the paries and fires we have out in the neck, this song just says it all. I saw Ashton in concert and she was amazing, and this song hasnt left my head since, i can't wait to see her again. :)
it's upbeat, fast paced. its a feel good song. me and my boyfriend we love country music, and i have been trying to find the perfect song that symbolizes my love for him, and that sing says it all. Heidi Newfield is such a great singer. She is in my top ten artists.
its just a great song by a fantastic artist. it describes everything you feel when you lost the only thing that mattered "you could call me anytime and i'd come running, go to hell and back to rescue you..."

I listen to this song everyday when it first came out I cried. My boyfriend listened to this song the day that I left for college and I listened to this song as soon as I got onto the CNU Campus. Ready, Set, Don't Go has brought me up when I was down and even when I was happy this song is my favorite song in the world and the two singers just make it more better...
