What's the song and who sang something about "Carolina"?

Heard it only a few times, can't remember who sings a song about North (or South) Carolina. Can't even remember the name of the song, but I believe it was from the 90's, a female singer, blond? If I remember right, she had dice in her video, but I could be completely wrong about that one!

I think you've got two songs mixed together, there is a song called "Heads Carolina, Tails California" by Jo Dee Messina but I can't remember anything about dice in the song or the video. There is also a song called "Hey Baby, Let's Go To Vegas" by Faith Hill and has a phrase about "tumblin' dice" but no reference to Carolina. My suggestion is to watch both videos on youtube and see if one of them is what you're looking for.
